THE EARPLUG FEELS LOOSE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Try a larger ear tip size. A loose fit means the seal isn't forming correctly, which reduces sound protection.
THE EARPLUG IS UNCOMFORTABLE TO INSERT
Try a smaller ear tip size. You should feel gentle resistance, not pain or pressure.
HOW DO I KNOW THE FIT IS CORRECT?
You'll feel a light seal and the earplug will stay in place without being held. Sound around you will feel noticeably reduced.
CAN I USE THE FIT WING AND MAG LEASH AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes. Attach the Mag Leash first, then snap the Fit Wing onto the device. Insert as usual.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY UNPLUGS?
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water. Remove ear tips before cleaning.
