Most earplug companies are run by people who've never needed earplugs. Ours isn't. Tom Worcester, CEO of Unplugs, has worn hearing aids since he was four. So when he set out to fix hearing protection, he didn't guess at what was missing — he knew. He reunited with his childhood audiologist, Dr. Bauman, a pioneer in audiology, and together they built the thing the world was missing: Unplugs.
