What exactly are Unplugs?
Unplugs are a new type of earplug that lets you instantly "click" between 19dB of sound reduction and crystal clear conversation without removal. No electronics, no batteries, no apps, just pure sound control.
How do they work?
The magic is in the click! When life gets loud, click into "plugged mode," and a precision-engineered internal chamber seals to reduce sound by 19dB while maintaining sound quality. When you're ready for conversation, click into "unplugged mode," and tiny air vents open to allow crystal-clear conversations.

How much sound reduction do Unplugs have?
In plugged mode, Unplugs offer 19dB of noise reduction. The perfect amount for concerts, motor sports, loud workplaces, and urban environments. In unplugged mode, they offer minimal reduction (approximately 5dB) while optimizing for speech frequencies, so you can have clear conversations while taking the edge off background noise.
Will Unplugs work in all loud environments?
Unplugs are designed for lifestyle versatility. Perfect for navigating loud music festivals, focusing in a busy coffee shops, or keeping your peace during your morning commute. 19dB of reduction is ideal for most (but not all loud environments). Will Unplugs fit my ears?
Unplugs come with 3 different ear tip sizes (S, M, L). All ears are built different, but our distinct triangular shape was designed to distribute pressure more evenly than other circular earplugs. Unplugs also are unique because they have designated Left and Right earplugs for optimal fit.
Are Unplugs waterproof?
Unplugs are water-resistant and can handle sweat, light rain, and humidity without issue. The mechanical design has no electronics to damage. However, they're not designed for swimming - for that, you'd want specialized swimming earplugs.
Can I sleep with Unplugs?
While not designed specifically for sleep, many users have turned to Unplugs to sleep more soundly. The unplugged mode offers a unique benefit because you can still hear alarms while reducing disruptive noises.
How long will Unplugs last?
Unplugs are built to last for years with proper care. The mechanical click system has been engineered to maintain performance for thousands of cycles. The premium silicone ear tips typically last 6-12 months depending on use. With regular cleaning and proper storage in the included case, your Unplugs should provide reliable protection for the long haul.
Do I need an app or electronics?
None whatsoever! That's one of the key benefits of Unplugs. No batteries, no charging, no pairing, no apps. The transparency mode is achieved through pure mechanical engineering. If your phone dies, you're not out of hearing luck.
How dusty environments affect Unplugs?
Unplugs perform well in dusty environments like construction sites or festivals. The mechanical design includes dust-resistant seals around the click button. For extremely dusty conditions, regular cleaning maintains optimal performance, and the included case provides protection when not in use.
When Will I Receive My Order?
